Terms of use

The terms on which this site is made available, and the shape of the agreement if you go on to use the service.

last updated 7 September 2026

01

Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Rebrse Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Using it means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

02

What this site is

This site describes a service that is not yet generally available. Nothing on it is an offer to provide that service, an offer of securities, or a commitment to any price, date or feature. Where the service launches, it will do so under separate service terms that you will be asked to accept at that point.

03

What Rebrse is not

  • Rebrse is not a lender and does not provide credit. A refund advance is payment of an amount a retailer already owes you, against goods you have already returned.
  • Rebrse does not give financial, legal or tax advice. Nothing on this site should be read as a personal recommendation.
  • Rebrse is not the retailer. Your rights against a retailer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are unaffected by anything here.

04

Eligibility

The service is intended for individuals aged eighteen or over who are resident in the United Kingdom and hold a UK current account with a supported bank. Access may be declined or withdrawn where those conditions are not met, or where we are required to decline for regulatory or fraud prevention reasons.

05

Fees

Where the service is provided, Rebrse charges a flat percentage of the refund value, deducted from the amount paid to you and disclosed before you confirm a request. There is no interest, no subscription and no charge to the retailer. The rate in force will be stated in the service terms and in the app at the point of use.

06

Using this site properly

Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, probe or scan it, interfere with its availability, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, or use it to break the law. We may restrict access where any of those happen.

07

Accuracy

Figures on this site describing market size, return rates, timings and forecast performance are estimates drawn from published sources and from our own model. They are provided for information, they may become out of date, and they are not a promise of any outcome. We correct errors when we find them.

08

Our content

The design, text, code and marks on this site belong to Rebrse Ltd or its licensors. You may read, quote and link to it. You may not copy it wholesale or present it as your own.

09

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the information here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

10

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
